This is an interactive workbook that has both information and practical, engaging exercises to support the person to work out what changes they would like to make and how to go about achieving them. This can be used as a self directed workbook, however it is best used in collaboration with a health professional. No matter where someone is in their readiness to make changes, this workbook is sure to provide relevant and helpful information and will engage them wherever they're at.

This resource has been designed to give people information on some ways that might help them cut down or stop cannabis use. It also identifies some of the things to expect whilst trying. The booklet includes a diary to record use and a planning tool for high risk situations.

It is designed to underpin the principle that families may not be able to control behaviour of other family members but can make changes themselves to help the situation.
